Dear All:
At the meeting on 30 January we went through the 1.31 version of the 
articles and approved nearly all the updates. Attached are an updated 
set of articles (1.33).

Attendees at the 30 January meeting included myself, Stefan Kramer, 
Christoph Helma, Hristo Aladjov, David Gallagher, Ola Spjuth, Jeff 
Wiseman, Tim Dudgeon, Markus Hegi, and Micha Rautenburg.

There were left two open items on articles to discuss this week: a) 
clause on quorum, b) clause on WG leaders (one can see as review items 
in attached doc).

We should also discuss:
- the additional operational issues on committee, finance, and  fees
- setting a founding meeting date with proposal being 16.30 - 17.30 CET 
20 February

The next founding preparation meeting will be at 16.30 CET this Friday 
(see below).

David and Barry agreed to work on communications materials.
