Dear All:
At the meeting on 6 February we went through the 1.33 version of the 
articles and completed the updated set of articles attached (1.34). If 
there is any final edit needed, please comment this week, and otherwise 
we will proceed with final translation and completion for the founding.

The next founding preparation meeting will be at 16.30 CET this Friday 
13 Feb (see dialin information below and attached agenda) where we will 
concentrate on discussion of the founding, formation of the 
organisational governance, committee election and initial GA.
