These dictionaries are undergoing new development, and have been
recently transformed in proper OWL/RDF ontologies. Besides the CDK,
Bioclipse has started using it for the QSAR plugin, and people can
define new descriptors by simply adding an extra bit of RDF to the
descriptor database.
