I've posted a reply to your proposal about the dataset add/remove at 
http://www.opentox.org/dev/apis/api-1.1/dataset .

In your suggestion to extend the already existing add and remove
POST-commands to accept a list of compound URIs instead of just one,
what do you think should be the preferred format for the list -
uri-list, xml (as in dataset schema), or something else?

I am going to change the dataset XML schema to include explicit links to
the feature values, to handle the case when compounds and values are on
different servers.  In this case,  add/remove should be applied to the
feature values as well - is this correct?
