DC properties are annotation properties, while ot:hasSource was defined
as object property, with range Algorithm, Model or Dataset. 

This sets restrictions on linking a feature with specific type of
objects and should allow easily to find out how the feature originated
(when parsing RDF, without querying the source URI).

dc:source sets no restriction, it could be used IMHO only for
descriptive purposes and some human-friendly UI.
