Hello All,

I just updated the validation webservice.

The service is now available at:
http://opentox.informatik.uni-freiburg.de/validation/examples
(The old URL is still working, though)

It is now possible to generate html-reports, see "API-Examples
Reports" at the bottom part of the examples webpage.

Please take notice that the reports are still very basic, due to some
problems with the graph-plotting functionality on the server.
Furthermore, there are sometimes still timeout problems when building
models.

Please report bugs and feature requests at
http://github.com/mguetlein/opentox-validation/issues

Best regards,
Martin

Hello All,

You can find a test deployment of the validation webservice at the
following location:
http://ortona.informatik.uni-freiburg.de/validation

See
http://ortona.informatik.uni-freiburg.de/validation/examples
for examples including curl calls.

The service uses a rather current version of Christoph's webservices
(model, algorithm, compound, dataset), deployed at
http://ortona.informatik.uni-freiburg.de/<service>.

There are still some issues I'm working on, like:
* rdf output not valid owl-dl yet
* asynchronous tasks are disabled
* classification/regression switch is at the moment hard coded to classification
* validation reporting not tested on server installation

It would be nice if you could try to validate your services, or send
me the addresses of the algorithms, models that I could try to
validate. I would further appreciate any other feedback.

Sorry for the delay.

Best regards,
Martin
