Sorry, I misunderstood the question.  No, the first part is not
sufficient, because the intention was to construct a dataset, which will
contain different subset of features, compared to  just /dataset/37 .

The feature_uris[] parameter provide a way to deal with subset of a
dataset, without the need to duplicate (download/upload) the data itself.
