 I'm using ambit.uni-plovdiv.bg as a default but you can configure it
from the editor options ;) I attach the latest version of the editor (as
a jar) to let you have a better insight on its structure and initial
functionalities.

At http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benzene if found that that the SMILES
string of Benzene is 'c1ccccc1', while at
http://www-jmg.ch.cam.ac.uk/data/molecules/misc/cyclohexane.html it says
that 'C1CCCCC1' is the smiles for cyclohexane. Is smiles case sensitive?
