Hi All,

two recent updates to the validation service:

* r² calculation has been fixed (square of the sample correlation
coefficient is used now, see
http://www.opentox.org/data/documents/development/validation/validation-statistics)

* It is now possible to compare descriptor values with the validation
service (Christoph and Nina have asked for this feature some time ago)
This is done by skipping the model-building-and-predicting part, and
directly comparing test dataset and prediction dataset. Search for
"/validate_datasets" at the Validation API or the validation example
page (http://opentox.informatik.uni-freiburg.de/validation/examples)
for a how to.
