Dear All, We are heading towards an important milestone AFA the development of Q-edit is concerned. We attach some screenshots exposing some of its features. We also attach the latest executable version of Q-Edit so that you can get a better insight. Here are some examples you can try: (Note: Due to size restrictions, I'm sending the editor in a separate mail) Example 1: Open the editor Ctrl+N (or File>New) Compound Identifier: Choose 'Any Keyword' In the text field below type 'Phenol' Click the button 'Download Compound Info' or press F5 Wait a few seconds.... (Watch the progress bar at the right-bottom corner of the editor) Now click 'Compound Details' Discuss the stereochemical features blah blah... (Write some text just for testing) You can now save the report (Ctrl+S) [Not in RDF yet] Now you can try opening the report (Ctrl+O or File>Open or from the toolbar as well) Example 2: Ctrl+N (or File>New) Compound Identifier: Choose 'URI' In the text field below type 'http://ambit.uni-plovdiv.bg:8080/ambit2/compound/1616/conformer/253639' Provide the dataset URI: 'http://ambit.uni-plovdiv.bg:8080/ambit2/compound/1616/dataset/6' Click the button 'Download Compound Info' or press F5 Wait about 30 secs....
