    When one needs to run a cross-validation using an algorithm that
accepts multiple tuning parameters (e.g.
http://opentox.ntua.gr:8080/algorithm/fastRbfNn ), how should these be
provided to the web service. I tried algorithm_params="e=0.1&a=0.9" but
only the first is accepted. I couldn't find out by the documentation how
multiple parameters should be formatted.
