Sad news: I have the same upgrading issue again (reopened ticket on 
ForgeRock: https://bugster.forgerock.org/jira/browse/OPENAM-464). We 
will have to postpone the upgrade, unless I get it fixed until tomorrow 
(I will tell you, if so).

I propose to let the long-announced upgrade to OpenAM 9.5.1 happen on

** Sat, 18 June, 10 AM CEST **

I plan to upgrade by switching to a new machine, i.e. restore from 
backup and turn off the old machine after switching DNS entry of 
opensso.in-silico.ch.
Thus, as before, policies created after 6 AM on Saturday on the old 
service would be lost.
Please tell me if you have objections to the plan.
