[OTDev] Vertex: ambit2 REST tweak

Hello,

The ambit2 REST application (ambit2.war) has a link to ToxPredict (when 
looking at http://localhost:8080/ambit2 for example).  Where would one 
change the URL for this link in the app?  I don't see anything relevant in 
the ambit2.pref file.  I want to point the link at our internal ToxPredict 
deploy.
