Dear All:
I propose the format below for our *global* use of SEURAT-1 Consortium 
names (Note caps and non-caps). I believe this is what each group has as 
preferred use. Correct me if you think I am wrong. Then we should use 
the names like this everywhere - from UIs (I see Toxbank on protocol 
drop-down) to reports to posters to presentations etc. As should all 
within cluster.
