The OpenTox page to create user accounts does not seem to work.
http://www.opentox.org/join_form <http://www.opentox.org/join_form> 
This however is still operational:
http://old.opentox.org/join_form <http://old.opentox.org/join_form>

I remember noticing the bug at some time but it was fixed later. Now it doesn’t work.

I also filed a bug at the Jaqpot Issue tracker:
