Dear All,

I would like to propose slightly more flexible structure of the committee when a specific work package(s) is/are discussed. The committee should be constituted from at least 3 members elected from GA (as in article 10.1) and at least 2 floating members - representing each discussed Work Package. If Work Package consists of a single member he or she should appoint a member of the GA with a suitable expertise to join the sessions of the committee. Normal quorum and voting rules apply to the floating members extended committee.  I believe that such a governance structure will ensure broader competence of the committee and allow more meritocratic distribution of responsibilities.
