I have reorganized the main OpenTox Wiki
(http://opentox.org/wiki/opentox/Opentox) and added a section for the
REST API. Please move the API documentation from the partners area to
this page and reformat it with the template
(http://opentox.org/wiki/opentox/API_template) if necessary. You can
also fix the structure and/or description if I did not meet the
intentions from our Munich meeting.

I have also added sections for Use case documentation
(http://opentox.org/wiki/opentox/Use_cases) and Ontologies. The main
ontology documentation should go to Ontologies->Features->Biological and
toxicological features
(http://opentox.org/wiki/opentox/Biological_and_toxicological_features).
The sections Algorithms and Features->Chemical features would be a place
for the new TUM ontologies.
