Resources were first defined in a meeting in June and since documented
on the OpenTox site. Services had been already implemented based on the
initial documentation. I am not sure if the discussion had been on the
development list or just partners list.

API 1.0 http://opentox.org/dev/apis/api-1.0/?searchterm=API have several
implementation by partners http://opentox.org/dev/framework/restweb

New version, currently under revision
http://opentox.org/dev/apis/api-1.1/?searchterm=API

One note - if the information above is hard to find and not obvious
where to look for, we indeed would need to reorganize at least the front
page of OpenTox site.

We don't have graphical representation of the resources exposed, but it
seems a nice way to provide a quick overview.
