Dear all,

Now comes the hard part: I have tried to refactor the dataset API to

	- make RDF/XML the default data exchange format
	- remove references to compound/feature ids in the URIs
	- allow additional (optional) export/import formats
	- make set operations easier 

I am sure, that we will need some more discussions - let me know, what
you think.
