Hello All, I have published at OpenTox site extensive description and examples of RDF representation of OpenTox API resources at http://opentox.org/data/documents/development/RDF%20files <http://opentox.org/data/documents/development/RDF%20files/Overview/> It might sometime differ from initial suggestions on the mailing list, but all reasoning behind is explained. In short, we have drafts for 1) ontology of OpenTox objects 2) ontology of Algorithm types, 3)ontology of ECHA endpoints and a lot of examples how these can be interlinked and queried. >From OpenTox ontology RDF representations in all formats are automatically generated. Examples are also available. The very nice part is also one can generate Java interfaces for OpenTox objects, as defined in the ontology and we can build common parsing library for all partners using Java. This could be also considered as a crash course in building data models in RDF / OWL. http://opentox.org/data/documents/development/RDF%20files/Overview/ All topics should be visible for everybody and have comments enabled. Best regards, Nina
