The opentox.owl file with Martin' updates is uploaded at
http://opentox.org/data/documents/development/RDF%20files/OpenToxOntology/view 
and replaces the old one.

To Stefan and anyone who will be reviewing the proposal -  please use
the latest opentox.owl.
