I am attaching you an example file (hamster_carcinogenicity.rdf) that I
have created according to my understanding of your proposal - do you
think thats ok?

For comparison purposes I am sending also an old version that was
created according to my initial rdf understanding
(hamster_carcinogenicity_old.rdf).

Both files are parsed by Protege, the latter seems to be more informative
for an unexperienced user like me (have not tried any quering/reasoning
yet).
