Andreas, All:

I suggest we can make the 2 first prototype test case pages/trees there
under the development section and that is fine. The deliverables are
also public according to our agreement with the EC. Plus there is also
starting to be some useful reaction/contribution from
"external/community" contributions - e.g, see recent mails from Egon
which are very good to see - thanks BTW Egon for being the first on this
- net (tox) street creds to you :)!. As we hopefully now build out
applications, projects and community involvement in 2010, we will need
to have clear communciations to all for inclusion, synchronisation,
interoperability, transparency etc - all the good stuff we want to achieve.

On the publication of approved Use Cases publically on the site - my
current position is that we do that upon peer review completion and
approval, so that we do not give poor public guidance to developers.
But if there are disagreements, improvements etc. please make
suggestions. We also need to agree processes for this for future so
that everyone is not waiting, and not on my approval or clarification
etc. :)!
