[OTDev] NTUA services and A&A - registration

One concern I have with this is that OpenTox is a community so any
developer should be able to develop a service or application. So there
should at least be the possibility to register to access such a guidance?

Perhaps this could also be part of a more general registration of
OpenTox services whereby the provider specified the service according to
a standard template we develop? This could also be used for updates and
be linked to testing activities.
