[OTDev] validation search functions with model

Well, we have followed a linked data approach so far , not necesarily to
have everything in one place , just being able to follow the links.

And there is an ontology service. @Christoph, Martin - will it be possible
to solve the issue by  just registering the validation and reporting
resources (the same way as models are registered)?
