[OTDev] validation search functions with model

Hi,

This ties in well with my earlier idea to have a service tracking model
performance, feedback and validations all in one place. IHMO the
developer/chemo-informatics person can specify a validation service [from a
choice of a few reliable ones], and this choice should then be stored in a
service which also collects other pertinent information about the model like
usage statistics, client feedback etc.

Cheers
Surajit
