[OTDev] Broken API XML schemas on the new opentox site

Dear Micha,

Thank you, the content seems fine now, although the links to the schema
files from API objects are still broken (e.g. the link at the bottom at
http://www.opentox.org/dev/apis/feature ).

I'll be comparing the schemas with the old site a bit later.
