[OTDev] Bugtracking for Opentox Website

Hi Micha, all,
I have also seen the version conflicts and thought this would be a 
problem. However, since we are a rather large OS project, we definitely 
need a publicly writable bugtracker, as well as a feature tracker for 
requests.
POI looks quite usable. Why not give it a try?
