Hi Vedrin,

thanks for the info.
Concerning your feature request...the question is, if a service that is
not available is able to give such a response. If the service is, e.g.
not available because of server maintenance, it will most probable not
be able to give such a response. But in cases where, e.g. just a
database back-end is not reachable/available, such a message might make
sense. I even think it would be a very helpful and user-friendly thing
to have.
